Oil seals are used to exclude any substance which would contaminate rotary shaft equipment such as dust, dirt and water etc whilst preventing fluid leaks.

R1 Oil Seal

Fully metal encased single rubber lip.

R4 OIL SEAL

Metal case single rubber lip.

R6 Oil Seal

Metal case double lip.

R21 OIL SEAL

Fully metal encased single rubber lip.

R23 Oil Seal

Rubber covered metal inner double lip.

Seal Kits

We supply many different combinations of seal kits. The products within the kit depends on the customer’s requirements. Whether a part needs replacing, maintaining or repairing we can combine several products such as O-rings, bearings, circlips, fasteners, gaskets, mechanical seals and many more.

Mechanical Seals

Used to contain fluid in a vessel, commonly within pumps and mixers, where a rotating shaft passes through a stationary housing. We supply all common standard mechanical seal types.

PTFE Machined Parts

Precision components can be manufactured using facilities such as milling, turning centres, multi-axis CNC and sliding head machines and CNC lathes. This allows the capability to manufacture bespoke products in all shapes and sizes.
